工作流程：Working principle

簡介：Introduction

SP-160G2是我司研發的一款全（quán）自動給袋式包裝機.可用於平袋、自立（lì）袋，小規格成品預製（zhì）袋的灌（guàn）裝和封口，選用不同的下料（liào）係統可以包裝（zhuāng）液（yè）體、粉劑、顆粒等無特粘性（xìng）物料。

本機充填和封口是相對獨立的係統。兩個係統通過機械聯動（dòng）及可編程序控製器（qì）(PLC)進行協調聯動二可適用於客戶不同袋子尺寸要求自動完成送（sòng）袋，開袋，填充，封口等全自（zì）動（dòng）過程（chéng）。

SP-160G2 is a full automatic horizontal preformed bag packing machine, suitable to the pillow hag, stand up pouch,small size pre一make bag filling and sealing.Working with different filling systeman be using to pack material like:liquid,powder, gramule, mom-sticky product.The bag forming and filling system are total separate.Using mechanical linkageand PLC control can meet different bag size packing requirement to achieve bag aelivering,opening,filling and sealingwhale process.

適用範圍：Scope of application

1、固體類:糖果，餅幹（gàn），花生，青豆，開心果，醬菜，膨化食品等。

    Solid species:candy,biscuit,peanut,green bean,pistachio,cooked food，pickles etc.

2.顆粒類:豆類，結晶昧精，顆粒狀藥品，膠墓，種子，化學調料，雞精，瓜子，農藥，肥料，飼料等。

    Granule species:relish,sodium glutamate,granulardug，seed.chemisty comdiment,chicke essence,melon seeds    mut pesticide,fertilizer etc.

3、粉劑類:調味品，奶粉，葡（pú）萄糖，肥皂（zào）粉，化（huà）學調料，農（nóng）藥，肥料等。

    Liquid species:detergent,soy sauce, vinegar etcl

4.液體類:洗滌劑，醬油，米醋，果汁，飲料等

    Thick liquid speciesaomato ketchup,peanut butter, jam etc

5、醬體類:番茄醬，花生醬（jiàng），果醬（jiàng），辣椒醬，豆瓣醬等。

    Scattered substances species:grain,spaghetti,beans,bean products, puffed food,stationery, commodity etc.

6、其他可袋（dài）裝物料（liào）。
